Organizational DevelopmentSouthwest EAP can provide the full range of your company's organizational development needs, from a simple training session to strategic planning for your company's future. Programs and solutions are designed to maximize the impact that organizational practices and management have on employees. This will assist both managers and employees in continuing to build on skills that will be needed to enhance the organizations productivity and profitability.Conflict Resolution/Mediation- Assessment and consultation to assist employees, supervisors, workgroup and departments resolve conflicts that interfere with work performance and communications. Executive and Management Coaching - Working one-on-one with managers and highly valued employees on a customized plan aimed at improving work performance, leadership skills, goal setting and personal development to ensure their success. Fitness For Duty Evaluations - Evaluation by a PhD for an assessment/evaluation, which includes a battery of testing and two (2) hours of face-to-face intervention. The goal for a fitness for duty is always to maintain an appropriate balance between the well-being and rights of an employee along with the obvious concerns of workplace safety and productivity. 360-Degree Feedback - Design and implementation of multi-source feedback process for employee appraisal and development. Management Practices Audit - Assessment of organizational systems, policies and procedure, both formal and informal, from a systemic viewpoint. Consultation regarding recommended ways to build upon and improve their effectiveness. Organizational Climate and Employee Opinion Surveys - Development and administration of customized surveys or interviews to identify organizational, leadership or communications issues and consultation to determine goals. Organization Needs Assessment - Consultation with employees and managers to identify their training and development needs. Teambuilding and Skills Building - Consultation and support services to help structure new teams or existing ones to stay focused for success. Transition/Downsizing Services - Planning and strategizing with management on all aspects of the transition or downsizing processes to minimize risk. This can include transition workshops for employees, supervisors and executives. It also can involve mentoring and education for employees and supervisors who remain with the company after a transition or downsizing. Exit Interviews - In-depth confidential interviews of employees leaving the company to capture trends and areas of interest. Organizational Development services are available on a fee-for-service or contractual basis. |
